You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place wagers on bitbdt. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. bitbdt reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where the requirement is not met.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on bitbdt. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
bitbdt processes payments exclusively through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the bitbdt account. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and active bonus wagering conditions being satisfied in full before release.
All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, free spins, and reload bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed in full.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bitbdt login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Access to and use of the bitbdt platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
Age Verification: bitbdt conducts age and identity verification checks as part of the registration process and may conduct additional verification at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
To access the full range of bitbdt services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and does not obligate you to deposit funds or place any wager.
During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use fictitious details, another person's identity, or misleading information at any stage of the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your bitbdt account and for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your username or password with any third party. bitbdt will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact the bitbdt support team immediately at [email protected].
Each player may hold exactly one registered account at any given time. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same mobile number, same payment wallet, or same IP address — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bitbdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings derived from those accounts, and retain any bonus funds credited to them.
bitbdt may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and, where required, proof of address and proof of the payment method used. KYC verification may be requested at registration, at the time of the first withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the platform. Account functionality — including withdrawals — may be restricted until verification is complete.
All financial transactions on the bitbdt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. The platform currently supports the following mobile wallet payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your bitbdt account balance in real time under normal network conditions, typically within 60 seconds of the wallet transaction being confirmed. bitbdt does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bitbdt bears no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet account registered in your own name — the same name as your bitbdt account. Deposits made from wallets registered in another person's name will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of the payment system.
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same mobile wallet used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed within one to three hours under normal operating conditions during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) your account KYC verification must be complete and approved; (b) any active bonus funds attached to your balance must have met the applicable wagering requirements in full; and (c) no open security review, fraud investigation, or account verification check may be pending on your account.
bitbdt reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, bitbdt will notify you and may request additional documentation before any funds are released.
Currency Note: All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied by the platform. The ৳ amounts shown in your account dashboard are the exact amounts in BDT.
bitbdt offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL season boosts, Eid special promotions, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms published alongside the specific offer.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotional page for each offer. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated expiry period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
Not all games on the bitbdt platform contribute equally toward the satisfaction of bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked toward the requirement. Live casino table games, sports bets, and certain other game types may contribute at a lower rate or may be entirely excluded from wagering requirement calculations. The contribution rates for each game category are specified on the relevant promotion page.
bitbdt actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine exposure; and coordinating wagering activity with other accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, bitbdt reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close the account permanently.
The welcome bonus is available once per eligible new player. "Once per player" is defined by a combination of factors including name, date of birth, address, payment wallet, device fingerprint, and IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once — through any means — constitute a breach of these Terms.
All bets placed on the bitbdt platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant game lobby or sports betting section of the platform.
A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation reference number from the bitbdt system. bitbdt reserves the right to refuse any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, bets that exceed applicable stake limits, or bets placed by accounts under review. Bets placed on suspended markets will be void and stakes returned.
In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or incorrectly displayed odds or prize values, bitbdt reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the respective accounts. The platform's server records constitute the definitive record of all bet and game outcomes. No claim based solely on a player's recollection of a displayed outcome will be entertained in the absence of corroborating server data.
Cricket betting markets on bitbdt cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series, and other scheduled cricket fixtures. Match result bets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or altered in format after commencement, applicable void/reduction rules will be applied per the specific market rules published on the platform.
Maximum single-bet winnings caps apply across all betting markets and game categories on bitbdt. These limits are displayed within the relevant bet slip or game interface. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum cap will be reduced to the stated limit, regardless of the theoretical payout of the bet or game round.
The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, reporting to the relevant authorities:
bitbdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, with or without advance notice, under any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for a reason other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure follows a breach, bitbdt reserves the right to retain balances pending investigation and, where fraud or money laundering is established, to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

All content on the bitbdt platform — including but not limited to the platform design, layout, source code, graphics, logos, game graphics (where hosted by bitbdt), text, data compilations, and software — is the property of bitbdt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bitbdt platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over the content or any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any material on the platform.
Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their own licensing arrangements with bitbdt. bitbdt makes no warranty as to the continued availability of any specific game title.

The platform's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bitbdt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bitbdt collects and processes personal data about registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bitbdt.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account on bitbdt, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
bitbdt implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, hashed credential storage, and access controls to protect personal data held on the platform. However, no data transmission or storage system is entirely immune from security vulnerabilities. Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable any available two-factor authentication to further protect their accounts.

Complex disputes may require additional time; in such cases bitbdt will keep you informed of progress.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal disputes process, you may request that the matter be reviewed by a senior member of the bitbdt compliance team. This escalation review will be completed within 10 business days of the escalation request being received. bitbdt's decision following the escalation review represents the platform's final position.
